A 6 ft table for Cropping from Thursday/Friday, 3:00 p.m. to Sunday, Noon.
Winter Retreat Goodies
Laughs, shared ideas, make & take, and special goodies.

Friday – Sun
Fee is $70
Thursday & Friday

Room Reservations
Room Reservations will be handled for you however, you are responsible for room fees. I will turn in the rooming list and make your reservations. Be sure to add your credit card # for reservation
purposes. Also, let me know if you have a roommate and any other special needs. I need all information 45 days prior to making reservations.
Room Rates THURSDAY $79.00 + (plus) Taxes.
Room Rates FRIDAY-SATURDAY $93.00+ (plus) Taxes.
A $10.00 fee will be added for each additional adult after 2 adults in the lodge rooms to the above rate.
*Rate includes breakfast
FYI: “Lodge reservations cancelled after 48-hours prior to the day of arrival may be charged one night
room + tax.”
***Cancellation Information: If you need to cancel your attendance and are able to notify me 2 weeks (14
days) prior to the event, I am able to refund all but costs incurred. You wil be given materials purchased on
your behalf. Cancellation after the 14 days will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate less costs
incurred.***
