Bonus: This year, you do not have to provide your CC information for Room Registration! HOWEVER, you will need to provide it at the time of check-in!

Room Reservations
Room Reservations will be handled for you however, you are responsible for room fees. I will turn in the rooming list and make your reservations. Remember, you will have to provide a CC/Debit at Check-in. Also, let me know if you have a roommate and any other special needs.
Room Rates:
Thursday night – $107.06 + tax
Friday/Saturday night – $120.56 + tax
A $10.00 fee will be added for each additional adult after 2 adults in the lodge rooms to the above rate.

FYI: “Lodge reservations cancelled after 48-hours prior to the day of arrival may be charged one night
room + tax.”
***Cancellation Information: If you need to cancel your attendance and are able to notify me 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event, I am able to refund all but costs incurred. You will be given materials purchased on your behalf. Cancellation after the 14 days will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate less costs
incurred.***
